Pastor David Story David came to know the Lord’s grace and mercy in his mid-30’s. As he began progressing on his walk of faith with Christ, the call to serve in ministry grew stronger. Starting in lay ministry, Pastor David became ordained as a minister of The Gospel in Dec.2004. Serving in the local church since then (nearly 10 years in one location and now over 6 at TLC) David continues to share the Good News through the Preaching of God’s Word.
David currently serves this church in a bi-vocational role alongside of his responsibilities as Executive Director at the Samuel W. Bell Home for the Sightless. He considers himself fortunate to serve alongside brothers and sisters who are unashamed of their love and praise for Jesus.
David is married to his lovely wife Sheri. They have 5 children (Morgan, Lauren, Greg and Nic, along with Maggie who is with Jesus today.) They are blessed to be grandparents of some pretty awesome kiddos! When David and Sheri are enjoying downtime, they might be playing with their dogs, enjoying a ballgame, or checking out a local mom and pop restaurant.
